Orator - Cancellation Policy

1. Scope & Eligibility

• Applies to all Premium subscriptions: Server Premium (purchased for your Discord server) and User Premium (your personal membership).
• Only the Discord account used to make the purchase may request cancellation.
• The 5-Year plan and donations are one-time payments, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel (see section 2).

2. Cancellation Window

• Free Trial: Cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost. The trial is short, so cancel before it ends if you do not want to continue. If not cancelled, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium access remains active until then.
• 6-Month Subscriptions: Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 6-month term, and Premium access remains active until then.
• Yearly Subscriptions: Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium access remains active until then.
• 5-Year Plan: A one-time payment that does not renew, so no cancellation is needed. Premium stays active for five years from activation and then ends automatically. It is non-refundable once activated.
• Donations: One-time contributions that cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. Please see the refund policy.
• Add-ons: Add-on subscriptions can be cancelled independently of the base Premium plan and follow the same end-of-term cancellation rule.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel yourself, any time, while signed in with the Discord account used for the purchase:

• Server Premium: open the Dashboard, choose your server, open its Premium page and press Cancel Subscription.
• User Premium (Membership): open the Membership page and press Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access stays active until the end of the current term. If you cannot cancel from the website, contact us instead:

1. Open a support ticket in our support server or email [email protected].
2. Provide:
   • The email address used for the subscription
   • The Discord user ID associated with the purchase
   • The Server ID where Premium is active
3. Confirm that you wish to cancel. This will stop future renewals; your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current term.

4. Special Circumstances

• Moving Premium yourself: You can move your Server Premium to another server you manage from the Dashboard (server → Premium → Move premium to another server), once every 7 days. The end date moves with it and future renewals apply to the new server. This works for Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly, 5-Year and Lifetime plans, not for a Free Trial.
• Mistaken-Server Activation: If you activated Premium on the wrong server and cannot move it yourself, you may request a one-time transfer of your remaining subscription time to another server you own. Transfer requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.
• Server Blacklisting: If your server is blacklisted for policy violations, you may request a one-time transfer of any remaining subscription time to another server you own — no refunds.
