Orator - Cancellation Policy

1. Scope & Eligibility

• Applies to all Premium subscriptions purchased for your Discord server.
• Only the Discord account used to make the purchase may request cancellation.

2. Cancellation Window

• Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions: Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period i.e you will retain Premium access until the end of the current term.
• Lifetime Subscriptions: Not eligible for cancellation. Lifetime access is permanent and cannot be revoked.

3. How to Cancel

1. Open a support ticket in our support server or email [email protected].
2. Provide:
   • The email address used for the subscription
   • The Discord user ID associated with the purchase
   • The Server ID where Premium is active
3. Confirm that you wish to cancel. This will stop future renewals; your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current term.

4. Special Circumstances

• Mistaken-Server Activation: If you activated Premium on the wrong server, you may request a one-time transfer of your remaining subscription time to another server you own. Transfer requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.
• Server Blacklisting: If your server is blacklisted for policy violations, you may request a one-time transfer of any remaining subscription time to another server you own — no refunds.

5. Final Discretion

All cancellation and transfer requests are handled at the Owner & Lead Developer’s discretion.
