1. Scope

• Applies to all Premium purchases, including:
• Server Premium (Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly, 5-Year, Lifetime) — activated on a specific Discord server.
• User Premium (Monthly, Yearly, 5-Year, Lifetime) — tied to your Discord account and usable across servers.
• Donations (Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Custom) — voluntary one-time contributions to support Orator. See section 7.

2. No Refunds

• No successful payments will be refunded once you claim Server Premium in your server or activate User Premium on your account.

3. Automatic Renewals & Free Trial

• Both Server Premium and User Premium renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Charges from a renewal you forgot to cancel are non-refundable.
• A Free Trial that isn't cancelled before it ends automatically converts into a paid subscription; the resulting charge is non-refundable.
• The 5-Year plan is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically, it ends after five years, and it is non-refundable once it has been activated.

4. PayPal Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate suspension of your Server Premium or User Premium access, and in certain cases a full blacklist from Orator.
• We encourage reaching out to [email protected] first so we can resolve the issue directly.

5. Moving Server Premium to Another Server

You can move your Server Premium yourself, any time, from the Dashboard: open the server, go to its Premium page and use Move premium to another server.

• The end date and the add-on move with it, future renewals apply to the new server, and the old server loses Premium. Moving is free and does not create a refund.
• It applies to Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly, 5-Year and Lifetime plans, and to Premium that was given to you by Orator. A Free Trial cannot be moved.
• Only the Discord account that bought the plan (or the one the Premium was given to) can move it, and only once every 7 days.
• The new server must be one where you have the Manage Server permission, where Orator is present, and that does not already have Premium.

If you cannot move it yourself, we can help in these special cases:

• Mistaken-Server Activation — Activated Server Premium on the wrong server? Submit your transfer request within 7 days of purchase.
• Server Blacklisting — Server blacklisted for policy violations? Request a transfer as soon as you're notified.

In both cases, we'll apply the full unused portion of your subscription to another server you own.

Note: User Premium is tied to your Discord account, not a server, so it does not require a transfer — it stays active wherever you go.

6. Transfer Requests Through Support

1. Open a support ticket in our support server or email [email protected]
2. Provide:
   • Discord User ID used for the purchase
   • Original Server ID
   • Destination Server ID
3. Most requests are processed within 2 business days.

7. Donations

• Donations (Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Custom) are voluntary, one-time contributions. They are non-refundable.
• The supporter role in our support server is a thank-you from us. A donation does not include Premium or any other paid service.
• Donated the wrong amount or paid twice by mistake? Contact [email protected] within 7 days. We will review it, but a refund is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.
• Filing a chargeback or dispute for a donation instead of contacting us first has the consequences described in section 4, and your supporter role may be removed.

8. Exceptional Refunds

• In rare, exceptional circumstances a refund may be issued at our sole discretion, for either Server Premium or User Premium. Applicable processing fees (e.g. PayPal fees) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

9. Final Discretion

• All refund and transfer requests are handled at the Owner & Lead Developer's discretion. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case.
