Orator - Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters — and while we generally don’t issue cash refunds, we offer clear guidelines for transferring your Premium time if needed.

1. Scope

  • Applies to all Premium purchases (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime).

2. No Refunds

  • No successful payments will be refunded if you claim the Premium Subscription in your Server.

3. Transfers in Special Cases

  • Mistaken-Server Activation — Activated Premium on the wrong server? Submit your transfer request within 7 days of purchase.
  • Server Blacklisting — Server blacklisted for policy violations? Request a transfer as soon as you’re notified.

In both cases, we’ll apply the full unused portion of your subscription to another server you own.

4. How to Request a Transfer

  1. Open a support ticket in our support server or email [email protected]
  2. Provide:
    • Discord User ID used for the purchase
    • Original Server ID
    • Destination Server ID
  3. Most requests are processed within 2 business days.

5. Final Discretion

  • All transfer requests are handled at the Owner & Lead Developer’s discretion. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case.
Note: In some special cases, we may issue a refund, but the PayPal fee will be deducted.
